Ann Moyer
Ann was raised on the Oregon Coast and developed a love of the outdoors and nature at a young age. She coupled these passions with her interest in art and decided to pursue a career in Landscape Architecture. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Idaho, Ann moved to Jackson and spent two years at Verdone Landscape Architects. In 2005, she joined Hershberger Design where she managed a vast array of projects, from large scale commercial, to private residential, to resort amenities, to subdivision master planning. In 2015, Ann left Hershberger Design to form PLACE Landscape Architects.
As a LEED accredited professional, Ann has an interest in sustainable design practices and how they can be applied in the Jackson climate. She also has a passion for detailed garden design with plant material that can withstand Jackson’s high-altitude environment.
When not pursing her professional endeavors Ann enjoys raising and riding Morgan horses, mountain biking the area’s single track, and spending a relaxing day on the water with her husband Jeb and young son.
